Use this form to describe yourself. Many variations in shapes and sizes of models are welcome. Even if you may not qualify for "glamour," models are often used in character situations which do not require that "typical" glamourous figure. IF YOU HAVE SNAPSHOTS showing you full length and a closeup of your face, please send one of each to me after submitting this form. Send the photos to: Photography by Scott; P.O.
