I have one basic plan, and it insures your wedding is adequately covered, even if you only order one print later. Because even later you might want to order more views. You’ll know the views are there for you to get.
The coverage consists of, but not limited to, these elements:
— Photographer’s time.
— Permanent filing of the images
Event coverage includes, but not limited to:
— Preparations just prior to the ceremony.
— The ceremony itself (adhering to any restrictions many churches impose)
— Formal posing of the wedding party after the ceremony.
— The reception.
The plan includes all of the the coverage and each acceptable view is posted in an electronic album on my Web site and you will be given an
address to access the album so you can view them online and order prints directly using a credit or bank card. Also, any members of your and your spouse’s families and your friends can order their own prints directly online if you give them the private Web site address. There's no need to pass prints around or take orders from others.
Some extra charges could be incurred, but these are agreed to before the special day. Though rare, they could include:
— A per-mile mileage fee for the ceremony or reception outside the normal 10-mile radius of the home studio location.
— A per-hour fee for the photographer if the time is extended beyond the normal 4 hour coverage. (Usually not charged unless extra time is extensive)
— Other fees could include site rental for posing formal views.
NOTE: A 50% deposit is required in advance to guarantee your wedding date and make preparations. The final 50% (plus any unexpected additional charges, if any) must be paid before final delivery of the set of prints.
